Earlier this year, we conducted some research to find out a little more about your eating choices and discovered some pretty interesting facts! We’ve captured all of the findings in a clever infographic which you can download here but in the meantime, here’s some key statistics.

An incredible 74% of consumers questioned believe that fad diets such as the Atkins, Paleo and Cabbage Soup diet amongst others, are no longer the solution to achieving the health and wellbeing they crave and over half of those that have followed these diet plans haven’t lasted for more than three months. Our survey also revealed that 37% of consumers have actually cut their meat intake altogether in an attempt to become healthier because 48% actually think it’s healthier to eat a meat alternative such as Quorn.

As more and more people reduce their meat intake every year, there has been a whopping 14,000 tonnes less of fresh meat in the last year*. It was also great to discover that just over half believe Quorn makes it easier to eat meat free and the top five meals revealed include:

Lasagne
Spaghetti Bolognese
Quorn Meat Free Roast
Chilli

Meat Free Chicken Curry
