Spicy Sweet and Sour Quorn Meat Free Chicken Pieces

Spicy Sweet and Sour Quorn Meat Free Chicken Pieces

I like to try and have a couple of meat free days a week and Quorn is always a fabulous substitute for meat.

It is such a versatile product that works perfectly to an alternative to meat without forgoing flavour.  Even my sceptical teens can be fooled into thinking it is meat!

Stir frys with Quorn are a favourite with us and find it perfect to take all those delicate flavours Chinese dishes have to offer.

When we order a Chinese takeaway, pork and chicken balls are always popular so I thought I would try to recreate this with Quorn Meat Free Chicken Pieces.  Take a look at how I did it and if you fancy giving it a try I would love to know what you think.
