Ingredients

  • 1 pack Quorn Meat Free Lamb Grills
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • A few slices of cucumber
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • A few red onion rings (optional)
  • Yoghurt and fresh mint dip
  • fresh Tzatziki dip is readily available in most leading supermarkets

Method

  1. Grill or barbecue the Quorn Meat Free Lamb Grills according to the back of pack instructions
  2. Slice into thin strips
