Quorn Meat Free Bacon Hash

  • 250g Quorn Meat Free Bacon Lardons
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1tsp cumin, ground
  • 1tsp coriander, ground
  • 500g potato, cubed and cooked for 10-12 minutes
  • 4 free range eggs
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2 handfuls of rocket
  • Sriracha Chilli Sauce
  • Maple syrup
  • Sprinkle of crispy onions (optional)


  1. Pre-heat 3 tbsp. of oil in a large frying pan, cook the onion over a medium heat for 3 minutes without colouring, add the spices and continue to cook for 1 minute
  2. Add the Quorn Meat Free Bacon Lardons and cook for 5 minutes then add the cooked potato and cook for a further 2 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, fry the eggs in the remaining oil. Divide the hash into four portions, add a handful of rocket, and top with a fried egg

Serving suggestions: Add a sprinkle of crispy onions and serve with a splash of Sriracha chilli sauce or Maple Syrup. It even works with both sauces together
