  1. Combine Dijon mustard and vegan mayonnaise in a small bowl until well mixed
  2. Toast pitta breads, cut open and spread one side with the mustard mayo
  3. Stuff pittas with the Quorn Deli Slices, lettuce and tomato - top with a little salt and pepper and serve
