The Role

We are looking for a Shift Engineer to join our Engineering team. The job holder is responsible for maintaining asset performance and continually improving where appropriate. The shift pattern is 12 hours including days and nights, successful candidates will be given a copy of this prior to interview.

Key tasks & accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Continually refine planned maintenance routines by recommending and implementing changes identified whilst operating PPMs
  • Liaise, assist, and support other departments in general running of the factory.
  • Contribute to and help implement continuous improvement in manufacturing, including quality, safety, efficiency, and waste reduction

Essential/Desirable skills should include:

  • Time served multi-skilled engineer
  • Demonstrate knowledge of; maintenance management systems, quality, H&S, food safety, and machine operations.
  • FMCG experience
