We are seeking 2 proactive and results driven Activity Programme Managers to join our newly developed Programme Management Team at our Head Office in Stokesley, North Yorkshire. Reporting to the Head of Activity Management this exciting opportunity will help solidify Quorn Foods’ new ways of working to support the development of ideas, projects and innovation to achieve our ambitious goals.
The role will be responsible for delivering innovation, renovation and large cross-functional cost-saving or efficiency projects in line with agreed business goals and targets. Our Activity Programme Managers lead cross functional teams with experts from relevant departments through a stage-gate framework and process working collaboratively to assess, mitigate and communicate both risk and maximise opportunity.
This is a highly visible and influential position within the organisation, the successful candidate will be a leader of change, working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the business on complex and timely food innovation projects. Therefore, you will have excellent communication and influencing skills together with solid project or product management experience.

The successful applicant will:
- Have proven project or product management experience
- Be educated to degree level
- Have excellent leadership, planning, management and communication skills.
- Continuous improvement or business change experience
- Demonstrate experience of influencing across multi-functional project teams.
- Ideally have experience with project management software and a project management qualification although this is not essential.
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
