An excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or a HR Coordinator seeking career development to join our HR team based at our Head Office in Stokesley, North Yorkshire.
You will report to the Commercial and Technical HR Business Partner and be responsible for providing front line HR advice and administration to a designated commercial and technical client group based both in the UK and internationally.
A truly generalist hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing employee lifecycle administration alongside HR advice to front line managers. You will also have the chance to contribute to process and technology improvements within the HR team.
You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and working towards or be CIPD qualified. It’s a growing and fast paced business so you will need to be a self-starter, and keen to get stuck in to improving HR delivery across the organisation.
We are a people business and you will be a great team player and communicator and be passionate about developing strong working relationships with a wide range of people.
You will thrive on challenge, have a good technical knowledge of HR and keep up to date with employment legislation as well as being happy and confident in handling a full and varied admin workload, supporting employee relations challenges and coaching managers to continually improve.
