Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Pierce film. Place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf.

MICROWAVE 5 MIN 30 SEC

Pierce film and cook at 800w. Shake halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
