Ingredients
- Quorn Vegetarian Ham Slices
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 large eggs
- 4 spring onions
- 1 red pepper
- 60g of cheddar cheese
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Siracha mayo (optional)
Method
- Chop your spring onions, red pepper and Quorn Vegetarian Ham Slices into small chunks.
- Crack four eggs into a bowl and add in the salt, pepper and a pinch of chilli flakes. Whisk until combined.
- Add in the chopped spring onions, red pepper, grated cheese and Quorn Vegetarian Ham Slices to the egg mix.
- Make some wells in the sliced bread with the back of a glass or cup. Pour the egg mix into the wells and air fry on 190 degrees for 7 minutes.
- Top with a drizzle of siracha mayo (optional) and enjoy!
