Loaded Chopped Bagel with Quorn Smoky Ham

Chopped bagels are having a moment right now, and we know why!! This simple Vegetarian Chopped Bagel recipe couldn’t be easier to make, and it's perfect for a quick lunch or afternoon snack.

A toasted bagel is filled with a creamy mix of Quorn Vegan Smoky Ham Free Slices, lettuce, pepper and spring onion combined with cream cheese, mustard and dill.

Made in just 10 minutes, simply lay the Quorn Vegan Smoky Ham Free Slices, lettuce, pepper and spring onion on a board and chop into small pieces. Spoon on cream cheese, Dijon mustard, sweetcorn, dill and mix together until combined! Pile the filling between a toasted bagel and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 50g Quorn Vegan Ham Free Slices
  • 2 protein bagel thins
  • ½ a green pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 30g sweetcorn
  • 30g cream cheese
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Add your Quorn Smoky Ham Free Slices, lettuce, pepper and spring onion to a board. Take a sharp knife and chop all the ingredients together. Meanwhile, pop your bagel in the toaster until lightly browned.
  2. Add the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, sweetcorn, dill and salt & pepper to the chopped ingredients. Mix using a spoon to create the bagel filling.
  3. Add to the toasted bagel and enjoy!
