This quick and easy recipe uses Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices to create bitesize Puff Pastry Vegan Pizzas in just 15 minutes. These delicious vegan pizzas are the ultimate summer snack and make a great addition to packed lunches, picnics or grazing boards! Easy to create and packed full of flavour these vegan pepperoni pizzas will keep everyone happy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices per mini pizza
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce per disc
  • 1 tbsp vegan cheese per mini pizza
  • Fresh basil

Method

  1. Spread out the sheet of puff pastry and use the rim of a glass to cut out the mini pizzas, ensuring the circumference is larger than the Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices (approximately 6.5cm in diameter).
  2. Cover your pizza bases with tomato sauce leaving a gap around the edge so the pastry can puff up.
  3. Place a Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slice in the centre of each pizza and sprinkle vegan cheeze on top.
  4. Cook in a preheated oven according to the puff pastry instructions.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
