Ingredients
- 1 Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices per mini pizza
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 tsp tomato sauce per disc
- 1 tbsp vegan cheese per mini pizza
- Fresh basil
Method
- Spread out the sheet of puff pastry and use the rim of a glass to cut out the mini pizzas, ensuring the circumference is larger than the Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slices (approximately 6.5cm in diameter).
- Cover your pizza bases with tomato sauce leaving a gap around the edge so the pastry can puff up.
- Place a Quorn Vegan Pepperoni Slice in the centre of each pizza and sprinkle vegan cheeze on top.
- Cook in a preheated oven according to the puff pastry instructions.
- Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
