Ingredients

  • 2 slices Quorn Garlic & Herb Slices
  • 1 tbsp. reduced fat Crème Fraîche
  • 1 tsp. dill, chopped
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 poppy seed knot bread roll
  • ¼ small avocado
  • A handful of lambs lettuce
  • 1 tbsp. pickled red onion
  • 3 Dill springs
  • Crinkle cut crisps (optional serving suggestion)

Method

  1. Mix the Crème Fraîche, dill and lemon juice in a small ramekin.
  2. Slice the poppy seed knot in half, spread the Crème Fraîche mix on the top and bottom of the sliced roll.
  3. Layer on the Quorn Garlic & Herb Slices.
  4. Top with sliced avocado, lambs lettuce, pickled red onion and dill.
  5. Serve with an optional side of crinkle cut crisps and enjoy!

Tip: If you are short of time use store bought pickled red onion.
