  • 4 Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers
  • 100 g of french fries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Vegan aioli sauce
  • Salad
  • Red cabbage
  • Lemon

Method

  1. Prepare french fries in the oven as instructed on the packaging or from fresh.
  2. Cut the avocados into chunks and shred the salad and red cabbage.
  3. Cook the Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers as instructed on the packaging.
  4. Make a cone out of newspaper and fill with Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers, french fries, avocado, salad and red cabbage.
  5. Serve with aioli sauce and lemon.
