Quorn Mince Lasagne
Scrmdiddlyumptious! Could easily be made as a vegan version. I used courgette and pepper instead of mushrooms.
Very tasty, added a couple of additional ingredients, so good.
Great recipe. I make it gluten free for my husband, just using gluten free plain flour and lasagne sheets. One tip though, add in about one or two cups of water to the mince mixture. It needs to be quite moist to cook the lasagne sheets if you don't pre-cook them yourself. And I don't pre-cook them because they all stick together in a lump.
Easy recipe. I added a few spices like cinnamon to give it a bit more flavour.
This recipe is amazing. There is a veg stock cube on the ingredients. You do have to add some water too!

Taking off a star for the white sauce instructions. I found that mixing the flour and butter together in the saucepan for a minute just made them into lumps which would not mix with the milk which no whisking would beat. Had to remake using my own method. Apart from that very nice

Delicious recipe but added 1 tsp cayenne and 1 tsp paprika to the mince sauce to add some more flavour.
This is a family favourite. Making it today for Father’s Day. It's a very easy to follow recipe and sometimes I use other vegetables instead of mushrooms.
