Ingredients
- 1 pack Quorn Tomato & Basil Slices
- 1 sourdough baguette
- 4 tsp. sundried tomato pesto
- 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 50g reduced fat mozzarella, torn
- 50g roasted yellow pepper, sliced
- 12 basil leaves
Serving suggestion (optional):
- 1 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
- 150g bistro salad leaves
Method
- Slice the baguette into 4 sub style pieces.
- Slice each piece in half and spread with sundried tomato pesto.
- Add 2 slices of Quorn Tomato & Basil Slices to each baguette.
- Layer the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, roasted peppers and basil leaves into each baguette.
Serving suggestion (optional):
- Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad leaves and gently toss to coat.
- Serve the baguette sub sandwiches with a side of dressed salad leaves and enjoy!
