Ingredients
- 12 Quorn Crispy Nuggets
- 1 large green chilli, diced
- 1 large red chilli, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 3 sprays of oil of your choice
- ½ tbsp Chinese five spice
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Cook your Quorn Crispy Nuggets according to pack instructions.
- Next, spray a pan with some cooking oil, add in your onions, fry for about five minutes over a medium to high heat until softened; next add in your chilli and garlic and cook for another few minutes.
- Once the chillies have softened add in your Chinese five spice, a good pinch of salt and a hefty crack of black pepper; fry for a few minutes along with a dash of water until the spices are fragrant.
- Add in your cooked Quorn Crispy Nuggets, stir well and then it is ready to serve.
- Enjoy!
