Ingredients

For the marmalade crème fraiche…

  • 1 tbsp reduced fat crème fraiche
  • 1 tsp marmalade
  • 1 tsp orange juice

For the sandwich…

  • 2 slices Quorn Yorkshire Ham Style Slices
  • 1 wholemeal bread roll
  • ¼ orange pepper, thinly sliced
  • A handful of rocket leaves

To serve…(optional)

  • A handful of crinkle cut crisps

Method

For the marmalade crème fraiche…

  1. Place all the ingredients for the marmalade crème fraiche into a small ramekin, mix to combine.

For the sandwich…

  1. Slice the bread roll in half, spread a layer of prepared marmalade crème fraiche on the top and bottom of the bread roll.
  2. Layer the Quorn Yorkshire Ham Style Slices, orange pepper slices and rocket leaves to create your sandwich and enjoy!
