Love the recipe but surely 500g of spaghetti is incorrect though.
Hi John! We suggest 500g of spaghetti but feel free to adjust to your preference!

I love this recipe its great! Can I ask regarding the calories, how do you come to 464 calories? Is that with pasta as well or just the source, thanks
That includes the fresh pasta amount listed too and is per serving :)

More of a question. Can I cook this and freeze some for another time
Yes, you can freeze our products once they have been cooked. As long as your meal is cold before freezing and all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can keep it in the freezer for up to a month. When you're ready to enjoy, simply defrost fully in the fridge and then cook it within 24 hours ensuring the food is piping hot throughout before serving.

I don't like mushrooms so use peppers instead, plus some frozen spinach, and it's lovely. Three quarters of this makes a good size (and delicious) lasagne and leaves a portion of Bolognese to reheat for lunch the next day with some pasta. Great way to get lots of veg.
