Worcestershire sauce is not vegetarian. Most traditional Worcestershire sauces contain anchovies, a type of fish, which makes them unsuitable for vegetarians. Try Henderson's Relish as it has no allergens, so is suitable for vegans and vegetarians as it contains no fish.

What does 'reduce to 300' mean, when the temp is 160C? Is it a typo? Do you mean 30C, or 300F, which is 149C (which doesn't seem like much of a reduction)? Also, and sorry to be a pedant but when you're an inexperienced home chef and cooking a brand new recipe these things are super important: what does 2 tbs vegetable broth/1 tbs Worcester sauce - are these tbsps or some measurment I'm not familiar with?

I made this recipe and used 2 silver foil loaf dishes to bake it in. Was really tasty. I chopped the green pepper & onion very finely and baked everything altogether.
