3 Autumn Dinner Ideas using Quorn Pieces

I honestly believe that Autumn is the very best season for food. When we’re all tired of salads and BBQ’s, along comes September with all the stews, soups and comfort food.

It feels like the perfect time to make some positive changes and get back into a new routine - like eating a few more veggie dinners every week…

Quorn Pieces are high in protein, have no artificial ingredients AND cook in just 10 minutes! So, if you’re looking for some easy autumn recipe ideas that will keep you going through cosy season, you are going to love these 3 family dinners I’ve created…

Veggie Chicken & Cheese Pies

Chicken and Cheese pie

Nothing quite delivers all of the Autumn vibes like a pie does. These ones are creamy and cheesy and ridiculously comforting!

You can prep them in the morning and have them with roasted veg. Or, if you're in full roast dinner mode, have them with roasties, veg and maybe a cheeky Yorkshire pudding on the side!

Autumn Veggie Chicken Chilli

I don't know about you, but chilli is on our dinner rotation every week. We love it, but sometimes I fancy a bit of a change.

Butternut squash, red onion and kale are a dream Autumn vegetable combo. The rich, spiced tomato sauce and the Quorn Pieces turn this into the cosiest family dinner. One that I think I’ll be making a lot over the coming months.

Veggie Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Full recipe here.

Tuscan chicken is such a delicious dinner. Sundried tomatoes, cream, parmesan, garlic, paprika and spinach. It's thick and rich and incredibly moreish.

Cooking this with Quorn Pieces and rigatoni worked so well. The texture and flavour of the Quorn is so like chicken and the pasta turned it into a super filling, super delicious dinner.

If you're looking for a quick and easy meat-free dinner that you KNOW everyone's going to love, you need to give this one a try!
