Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. For best results OVEN cook.
OVEN 22 MIN
Preheat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Brush with a little oil. Place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf.
GRILL 14 MIN
Preheat grill. Brush with a little oil. Grill on a medium heat, turning occasionally.
