Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers (200g)
Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. For best results OVEN cook.
OVEN 15 MIN
Preheat oven and baking tray to 220°C/Fan, 200°C/Gas 7. Cook on the middle shelf.
GRILL 10 MIN
Preheat grill. Grill on a medium heat, turn frequently.

The majority of the Quorn product range still contains a small amount of egg white or milk ingredients, so are not suitable for vegans. However, we are constantly investigating different ways to produce Quorn products to make them suitable for Vegans, with the amazing taste and texture you would expect from Quorn products. When you use Quorn products in homemade recipes like cottage pie, Bolognese, curry and chilli, they are perfectly safe to re-heat if they’ve been kept nice and cool in the fridge and are eaten within 24 hours. If you can resist them for that long!
If you have any leftover or extra portions from your Quorn recipes, you can easily freeze them. They’re great if you’re running late and need a quick meal on the go. As long as all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can store the dish in the freezer for up to one month. Always make sure the ingredients are cold before freezing. It’s a good idea to take them out of the freezer the night before, defrost them fully in the refrigerator, then cook them within 24 hours, making sure they’re piping hot before serving.
