Quorn Vegetarian Beef Roast (400g)

Remove outer carton and inner plastic tray.

OVEN DEFROST BEFORE COOKING - 50 MIN

Remove roast from the freezer and defrost in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven and baking tray to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Remove film from around roast, wrap in greaseproof paper. Cook on the middle oven shelf. Stand for 5 mins. Remove greaseproof paper, carve and serve.

OVEN TO COOK FROM FROZEN - 55 MIN

Pierce the film around the roast, but do not remove, leaving metal end clips in place. Preheat oven and baking tray to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Cook on the middle oven shelf. Stand for 5 mins.

Remove outer film and metal end clips, carve and serve.
