First I've ever made them, Granddaughter is a confirmed vegetarian, on the first bite she said, in a Panic, " Nanny I can't eat Meat!!". I showed her your recipe and she couldn't believe it AND Loved them! THANKYOU QUORN!

Fantastic recipe. We used this in the meatball drought last year. No issue with the meatballs binding together which was a problem before this recipe. We also added Indian spices to make batches of vegetarian seekh kebabs.

these were so quick and easy to make, I will add some different spices next time as I dont like clove and to add extra flavour. held together well as mixture is very wet. even a hit with the meat eaters!
