Really simple to prepare. We tweaked the recipe a bit to our tastes and ingredients: - omitted olives - subbed dried oregano (in during the cooking) - added sweet paprika, diced halloumi, green lentils, (and artichokes for some of us) - served with bulgur wheat Well received by 2 adults and 3 little kids.
