I’ve made this so many times now, super easy and tasy! Plus it’s nice and easy to make, not to much fuss to put together

Very easy, very tasty. Quick. Will make again. Would also fill a wrap nicely with some sour cream/salad. Not sure about the milk comments - I assume the recipe has changed???

Response from Quorn

Hi Sue, yes it has! We adapted the recipe after reading feedback from consumers :) Glad you enjoyed it!

Replaced tin tomato’s with passata and OMG it was delicious. Could use a little more heat as it’s very mild but that’s easily adjusted to each persons tastes.

It was going well until I added the milk. I guess the heat was too high and it curdled and ruined the whole thing :( just be wary or that happening if you make this recipe.

One of the best meals I’ve made in a while! So much taste and so filling

We just didn't like this. It took about 50 minutes to cook the meal not 25... The pasta took ages cook, I had to keep adding more milk, and it was all curdled in the end. It was edible but I wouldn't bother making it again

It was absolutely delicious. I added some more of the spices at the end. The only thing is that when I added the milk, some of the chicken pieces broke down because of the constant stirring. But other than that it was great!

Great flavour! Next time I would just add almost double the pasta for a better Quorn to pasta ratio. I also substituted chilli powder for cayenne pepper and added mushrooms.

Absolutely delicious! Had to add a little bit more of all the spice quantities but other than that it was great!

It was good up to when you add the milk and pasta, then it was weird. I'll just do up to that point next time and make the mix into normal fajitas with a bit of salsa and creme fraiche. The milk took about 30 to reduce down and then was a bit curdled with the oil and cheese. Not very nice.
