Good food, but I doubled the chilli amd it worked perfectly. If the ingredients list on the page was split in to 3 sections- for the 3 things you have to cook separately, that would he helpful.

I liked them! I subbed in already refried beans and canned enchilada sauce for an faster weeknight dinner. Just fry up the quorn, season, then simmer with tomato and corn! Fill up the quesadillas and bake!

Another great recipe. Not quick but a really good recipe to do. Very tasty enchiladas in a lovely sauce.

Great recipe. I couldn't get hold of the black beans but replaced them with kidney beans and it worked just as well.
