This is about as close as I’ve ever gotten to the old Quorn Pate you used to be able to get in the supermarket that I still dream about to this day. Still desperate for them to bring that back, but this will absolutely do until then!

I make this as a regular But i halve the recipe which is just right for us. It’s moorish on toast and prefer it warmed than cold out of the fridge. I also cut the chicken pieces in 2, it spreads nicer
