It's great to have a recipe to remember happy days visiting ikea! We didn't have onion gravy granules or garlic granules. But a very finely chopped onion fried up then regular gravy granules, with the veg stock was yummy. If using full fat soft cheese would recommend using only 50g instead of 100g or start at 50g and add more to taste. Enjoy!

This went down very well for tea tonight! I didn't follow the recipe to a T , I oven cooked the meatballs in the oven for 20 mins while the veg were cooking then I prepared the stock, and I used soft cheese with herbs and garlic, it is now the family favourite dinner, delicious quick and easy.

Made it tonight...it was delicious.. The gravy is more like a pepper cream sauce.. definitely will be having this again.

The is a really nice recipe. Love the way the Swedish balls are cooked but not 100% on the gravy. Think there is a bit too much cream cheese in it for me so I think I'd use less in the future.
