I had half a packet of Quorn mince in the freezer and was looking for something different from the usual (but delicious btw) veggie bolognese. Thought Id spice things up and these were very tasty using a shop bought Korean BBQ sauce. Didn't make the slaw but the tacos were quick and very tasty
