I planned on making this only for supper so I made the portion for 4, for 2 instead I tweaked it a little by adding 1 tbsp less oil, more veggies and I only had medium eggs. It still turned out amazingly and was still slightly oily and cozy. Only tip would be to make sure you really spread out your veggies and sausages before pouring the batter because my oven was slanted and most of the fillings were on one side haha.

Hi! Great recipe but I think you need to update the calories now that you've updated the flour amount. MyFitnessPal is telling me this is 472 calories with the 150g flour :)

Best recipe for T in the H ever! I wasn’t convinced as the sausages were still frozen when I added the batter, and the batter was much thicker than the usual Yorkshire pudding consistency that I’ve used previously. However I had faith, it turned out REALLY well, and it’s now gone in the family recipe book!!! Lovely!
