Very tasty but no way did they hold together as a burger shape so ate them with a spoon Probably wouldn’t make them again as really wanted them as a burger shape to go in my roll

Tasted great but please can someone let me know how they got it into burger shapes?! We just used spoons in the end x

Made this and used finely chopped mushrooms instead of the pesto, adding them in with the onions and peppers. I wasn't convinced the burgers would hold together so I blended half the mix in a food processor which helped with the binding and shaping. Tasted great.

I wondered if it was possible to make burgers out of Quorn mince and found this recipe. Followed it, more-or-less, and was really pleased with the result, very tasty! Will definitely make them again. Well done, great recipe idea!

No idea what went wrong but there’s no way this would make burgers so I just spread it on a tray, hoping it could be cut into square burgers once it was cooked. Nope! We ate spoonfuls instead. The taste was 'ok' and it went well with a fresh salad but I definitely won’t be trying this recipe again. I don’t have an issue with the mince - as a vegetarian (occasional vegan) for 31 years, Quorn products are a staple for me. Love them!

Tried this recipe but did not use the egg for binding. Used oil, water and bicarb. Also replaced the pesto with tomatoe passata sauce instead and BBQ'd. They tasted great and very moist. My visitors loved them
