Quorn Sausage Pasta Bake
Tasty and filling. An easy midweek supper with ingredients that are usually in the fridge and cupboards. I always use 200g of pasta unless I make it with the Swedish meatballs.
This is a really tasty recipe, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would make it again. Loved to crispy topping.
Tiny portion of pasta. This serves two people really, 150g is two portions worth of pasta, not four. Other than that the recipe is great!

I made this with Quorn mince twice too and it is delicious.
I have made this with the sausages but have used the swedish meatballs also. It's worth the effort, so tasty.
Not a 25 minute dish by a long stretch. The method itself describes simmering for 15 minutes and then oven baking for 25. This takes at least an hour with speedy dicing!
