Never had a Thai green curry before so was a little apprehensive but excited to try it. This was unbelievably easy to make. There's a fair bit of prep to this but the actual cooking process is very quick. The flavours are amazing & I am so glad i gave this one a go. Definitely doing it again!

Delicious recipe but I do believe the timings are wrong. I had to leave it to simmer for far longer than the suggested timings.
