This went down really well with the family. There was compliments for the sauce. It’s all very flavourful. I was making for a family of 4 but I doubled the recipe and there was some left over. I served it with egg fried rice so the whole thing was quite filling.

This is LOVELY! I made it with the Quorn nuggets, because that's what I had. I simply coat them in the seasoning suggested for the fillet pieces, cook them in the oven as directed on the pack, and it works really well. The whole family love it and it's become a favourite. I serve it with rice cooked with red pepper and red onion. Tastes way better than takeaway!
