Quorn Meat Free Chef's Selection Wild Garlic & Parsley Sausage Kebabs

Why not swap the Sausages in your kebab for our flavour-packed Quorn Chef's Selection Parsley and Wild Garlic Sausage version. Great for BBQs or a quick and easy snack.


  • For the kebabs
  • 8 Quorn Chef's Selection Wild Garlic & Parsley sausages, cut into 3 on the diagonal
  • 8 baby bell peppers, mixed colours, cut into quarters
  • 2 courgettes, cut into approx 2.5cm thick slices
  • For the marinade
  • 1 orange, juice and zest
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • For the salad
  • 100g rocket
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 150g cooked beetroot, cut into fine matchsticks
  • 25g toasted pine nuts (optional)
  • 4 metal or wooden skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 2 - 3 minutes prior to use to prevent them from burning)


  1. Combine marinade ingredients and reserve 2 tbsp to dress the salad
  2. Pour the remaining marinade over the sausages to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge
  3. Thread the sausages onto skewers alternately with the peppers and courgettes. Brush any remaining marinade over the kebabs and BBQ or grill for 10 - 12 minutes (as per back of pack instructions), turning frequently
  4. Meanwhile, combine salad ingredients and toss in the reserved dressing
  5. Serve the kebabs hot or cold with the salad
