Made with Quorn Yorkshire Ham Style Slices

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Quorn Yorkshire Ham Style Slices
  • 2 tbsp. vegan crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp. wholegrain mustard
  • 2 rustic bread rolls
  • 50g roasted red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. piccalilli
  • 10g rocket leaves
  • Crinkle cut crisps (optional)

Method

  1. Mix the vegan crème fraîche and mustard in a small ramekin.
  2. Slice each bread roll in half lengthways.
  3. Spread the bottom of each roll with the mustard crème fraîche.
  4. Top with a layer of roasted red pepper.
  5. Arrange the Quorn Yorkshire Ham between the rolls.
  6. Add a dollop of piccalilli and garnish with rocket leaves.
  7. Serve with crinkle cut crisps (optional).
