Ingredients
- 300g Quorn Crispy Nuggets
- 5-6 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Pinch salt
Method
- In a pan with shallow oil, pan fry the Quorn Crispy Nuggets until golden brown. This should take about 3 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the nuggets OR place nuggets in a paper bag with the seasoning and shake for a bit of fun.
Pro tip: Add in some chili powder to the seasoning mixture for an extra kick!
