Quorn Crispy Nuggets with Skinny Fries
You can't go wrong with Quorn Crispy Nuggets and skinny fries for a delicious snack or dinner. Serve with spicy jalapeño-mayo for an extra kick. Ready in just 20 minutes, perfect for when the nugget cravings hit!

- 300g Quorn Nuggets
- 320-400g skinny fries or chips
- 100g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped jalapeño
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7.
- Cook Quorn Nuggets and skinny fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Mix mayonnaise with chopped jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper. Top with chopped spring onion and serve!
