  • 2 Quorn Ultimate Burger
  • 1 large double burger
  • 1 vegan brioche bun sliced in half
  • Vegan mozzarella
  • Vegan cheddar
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Sweet potato mash
  • Bean sprouts
  • Vegan garlic mayonnaise

Method

  1. Grill or fry the Quorn Ultimate Burger by following the packaging instructions.
  2. Assemble the burger using the bottom half of the brioche bun, vegan garlic mayonnaise, romaine lettuce, Quorn Ultimate Burger, vegan cheddar, more lettuce and bean sprouts, sweet potato mash, Quorn Ultimate Burger, vegan mozzarella, sweet potato mash, bean sprouts and more garlic mayonnaise. Top it with the second half of the brioche bun.
