Ingredients

  • 300g Quorn Nuggets
  • 320-400g skinny fries or chips
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chopped jalapeño
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7.
  2. Cook Quorn Nuggets and skinny fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with chopped jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper. Top with chopped spring onion and serve!
