Simply delicious. Is there a book covering all these recipes? Thanks

Delicious, filling and easy to make! A winner with my hubbie too so double thumbs up.

I included the optional veggie Worcestershire sauce, used celery with the carrot and onion, added garlic and thyme, plus grated cheese on the mash. It was still incredibly bland. I don’t understand how there were no herbs included in the original recipe? I’ve found a much better Quorn cottage pie recipe from The Last Food Blog instead, which is just as easy with a hundred times the flavour.

Really enjoyed this! I did leave out the parsnips because I didn't have any at hand, but it turned out really well

Excellent, tasty and easy to make. I find it difficult/impossible to obtain a vegetarian version of Worcestershire sauce without anchovies, so I use Henderson’s Relish (which if you ask someone from Yorkshire is better anyway!). It is a worthwhile addition.

I made this pie today and it’s amazing. Instead of the parsnip mashed with potatoes for the topping, I used a small turnip and it was delicious.

Love this recipe, I add a tin of drained cannellini beans to bulk it out and I use tinned carrots as I prefer them and up the stock by 50ml. I'm not mad on parsnips so I use half a swede instead and it's so tasty and quick to make mid-week or as a quick alternative to a roast on Sunday. Nice one Quorn

Delicious. Easy to follow recipe. This is one of my family's favourite weeknight meals. I usually add some red chilli powder to the mince to give it a fiery kick.

Was delicious but would add more worcester sauce and soya sauce and perhaps some Marmite as I like my flavours strong.

This was so tasty! I added some cheese to the top top for extra flavour. Loving all the things you can do with quorn!

Really tasty, best recipe yet I've tried for Quorn, which can be bland. I added cheese to the mash as I couldn't find parsnips, and mushrooms and peppers as the veg, but I'll add frozen peas as well next time. Feeds 6 easily so good value from 2/3 of a pack.
