Easy to follow recipe. Tasted excellent and worked a treat for a winter's night. Will follow this recipe in the future!

Really delicious. Usually add minced garlic to the Quorn portion, and mixed herbs and cheese to the mash.

It’s a great recipe - you need to swap the soy sauce for coconut aminos if you need it fully soy free though

Easy to follow though i prefer swede rather than parsnips mashed with the potatoes

I don't use this recipe, as soy in it but I do use a Bolognese recipe I just half ingredients and add mash potato, and put under the grill to brown topping.

Great recipe. Very tasty, all good…. But it says the meal takes 20 minutes to make. This is scientifically impossible. The last step alone takes 20 minutes. My poor hungry wife. Still waiting for dinner.

I included the optional veggie Worcestershire sauce, used celery with the carrot and onion, added garlic and thyme, plus grated cheese on the mash. It was still incredibly bland. I don’t understand how there were no herbs included in the original recipe? I’ve found a much better Quorn cottage pie recipe from The Last Food Blog instead, which is just as easy with a hundred times the flavour.

Really enjoyed this! I did leave out the parsnips because I didn't have any at hand, but it turned out really well

Excellent, tasty and easy to make. I find it difficult/impossible to obtain a vegetarian version of Worcestershire sauce without anchovies, so I use Henderson’s Relish (which if you ask someone from Yorkshire is better anyway!). It is a worthwhile addition.
