1. Serve them on a stick

The ultimate mess-free finger food, a cocktail sausage pricked onto a stick is a street party’s best friend. In true 90’s style, spear with cubes of cheddar cheese, pineapple and pickled onions. We’re a fan of keeping things simple, so we recommend offering a selection of pickles and sauces to accompany this delicious party snack:

  • Gherkins
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Chilli mayonnaise
  • Garlic aioli
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Mild mustard

2. Smother them in sauce

These sticky-sweet cocktail sausages are always a hit and, with only three ingredients, they really could not be any simpler to make. Try this simple recipe for all your party finger-food needs!

3. Make them kid-friendly

With a summer of Bank Holidays on the horizon, there’s plenty of opportunity to get creative for picnics, parties or fun-filled weekends at home. Our Quorn Cocktail Sausage Hedgehog is bound to get the younger ones squealing with delight. Get the children involved in putting it together or just watch their eyes fill with glee when you present this masterpiece to the table. 4. Wrap them into a sausage roll

One of our favourite ways to turn cocktail sausages into a very different party snack is to whip up some homemade sausage rolls. Simply wrap in ready rolled pastry for a crowd-pleasing snack, they’re great served hot or cold and make the perfect lunch box treat!

5. Pigs in picnic blankets
