Quorn Cocktail Sausage Hedgehog
This is a centrepiece that’ll definitely get everyone talking, and certainly a party guest everyone will want to meet. Who knew combining one of our favourite bite-sized snacks with half a melon could create such a stir?
Complete with two cloves for eyes and a slice of olive for a nose, this fun addition to any party table is as adorable as he is delicious. Our cocktail sausages have never been so popular!
(No hedgehogs were harmed in the making of this recipe.)

- 2-3 packs of Quorn Cocktail Sausages
- ½ honeydew melon
- BBQ sauce
- 2 cloves
- 1 slice of black olive
- Coat the cocktail sausages in BBQ sauce and place on a baking tray. Cook the sausages according to packet instructions.
- Take the honeydew melon half and place cut side down. Pierce 2 holes with the cloves to make the hedgehogs eyes. Place the olive slice at the point of the melon below the eyes to make the nose.
- Pierce the hedgehog with cocktail sticks, use as many sticks for as many sausages you have. Place the cocktail sausages on top of the sticks and serve.
