Sausage, Cheese and Caramelised Onion Chutney Pastry Turnovers

These picnic perfect Sausage, Cheese and Caramelised Onion Chutney Turnovers are the ultimate summer party food. They’re a delicious veggie treat packed with Quorn Cocktail Sausages, melted cheese and tangy caramelised onion chutney. Enjoy these vegetarian turnovers either hot or cold!

Ingredients
- 1 pack Quorn Cocktail Sausages
- 1 sheet ready-to-roll puff pastry
- 100g cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp caramelised onion chutney
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
- Roll out your puff pastry and cut in to equal squares.
- Spread caramelised onion chutney diagonally onto the pastry, add your Quorn Cocktail Sausages, then sprinkle cheddar on top.
- Brush the corners of the pastry with a beaten egg. Fold the corners of the pastry to cover the cocktail sausage. Brush the rest with remaining egg wash over the pastry and sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
- Bake in the air fryer or oven for 10 mins 180c until golden, crispy and delicious.
- Enjoy either hot or cold!
