
Summer Snack Plate with Quorn Cocktail Sausages

You just can’t beat a summer snack plate! This one is loaded with Quorn Cocktail Sausages, boiled eggs, cheese, crackers, cucumber, red pepper, olives, hummus and tzatziki making it the ultimate girl dinner or picky tea idea.

Ingredients

½ a pack of Quorn Cocktail Sausages

¼ of a cucumber
-
½ a red pepper
-
2 eggs, boiled
-
2 tbsp hummus
-
A handful of pomegranate seeds
-
2 tbsp tzatziki dip
-
A handful of olives
-
Rosemary salted crackers
-
30g of cheddar cheese, cut into chunks

For the mini Caesar salad:
-
30g romaine lettuce, chopped
-
1 tbsp Caesar dressing

A handful of croutons
Method
- Chop your cucumber and red pepper into slices.
- Make your mini Caesar salad by combining the ingredients in a bowl.
- It’s time to assemble– arrange everything on a board. Top your hummus with the pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
