Buffalo Wings with Ranch Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 Quorn Buffalo Wings
  • For the dip
  • 50g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp. tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • To garnish
  • Coriander leaves
  • 4 wedges of lime

Method

  1. Cook the Quorn Buffalo Wings as per pack instructions.
  2. To make the dip, place all of the ingredients into a bowl, mix well and spoon into a dip serving bowl.
  3. To serve, place the buffalo wings onto a serving platter and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with the prepared dip and wedges of lime.
