Ingredients
- 50g Quorn Vegan Ham Free Slices
- 2 protein bagel thins
- ½ a green pepper
- 1 spring onion
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 30g sweetcorn
- 30g cream cheese
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried dill
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Add your Quorn Smoky Ham Free Slices, lettuce, pepper and spring onion to a board. Take a sharp knife and chop all the ingredients together. Meanwhile, pop your bagel in the toaster until lightly browned.
- Add the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, sweetcorn, dill and salt & pepper to the chopped ingredients. Mix using a spoon to create the bagel filling.
- Add to the toasted bagel and enjoy!
