Ingredients
- 2 slices Quorn Garlic & Herb Slices
- 1 tbsp. reduced fat Crème Fraîche
- 1 tsp. dill, chopped
- ½ tsp. lemon juice
- 1 poppy seed knot bread roll
- ¼ small avocado
- A handful of lambs lettuce
- 1 tbsp. pickled red onion
- 3 Dill springs
- Crinkle cut crisps (optional serving suggestion)
Method
- Mix the Crème Fraîche, dill and lemon juice in a small ramekin.
- Slice the poppy seed knot in half, spread the Crème Fraîche mix on the top and bottom of the sliced roll.
- Layer on the Quorn Garlic & Herb Slices.
- Top with sliced avocado, lambs lettuce, pickled red onion and dill.
- Serve with an optional side of crinkle cut crisps and enjoy!
Chefs tip
If you are short of time use store bought pickled red onion.
